amazing stay!
helpful staff dog friendly freshly cooked food
The staff were really good too ensure my needs were met. the food was freshly cooked and tasted AMAZING!!! the hotel is also dog friendly. They even had a dog menu. i found homely touches .
the banging pipes were annoying as i tried to relax in the bath.

The balcony included reclining chairs that allowed comfortable relaxation. I appreciated the discount at the bar for opting out of daily housekeeping. Reception provided necessary top-ups. I found the secure car park very convenient.
The shower pressure was not consistent, made showering slightly inconvenient.

solid stay with excellent food
large balcony friendly staff varied menu hot food
i stayed for four nights and the sea view room included a large balcony. the staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. i found the food excellent, the menu was varied, offering something for everyone. the ingredients were great, beautifully cooked and presented, always hot.
the shower water pressure was low in the bathroom.

fantastic accessible stay
accessible room comfortable bed excellent service
i stayed in an accessible room with twin profiling beds. these were comfortable beds. the grabrail next to the toilet was a bit wobbley. i reported it to reception, and it was fixed the next day. the service was excellent. we had meals in the retreat each evening, and they were delicious. we reserved a table in the snug area with enough space for the wheelchair.
my partner didn't use the changing places facility. i took a look. it has state of the art facilities for disabled people. it is quite new. the hotel website shows pictures of this. this is useful, especially if your mobility is such that you cannot use the shower and commode shower chair in your accessible room.

the hotel offered easy private parking in its own car park. i appreciated the cleanliness and the cute atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was convenient with the beach and town center within walking distance.
the shower had low pressure and temperature control was difficult.
